Ocean Reef Integrated Dive MaskServicingSouthsea Scuba are authorised dealers and service technicians for Ocean Reef and are selling our IDM’s on eBay to boost our presence and to offer some great deals.We are only a small store and only carry a small amount of stock but if there is any other item from Ocean Reef you require simply let us know and we will get it shipped in for you.All regulators need servicing and just because this regulator is integrated into your mask it is no different, a service is highly recommended every year (whether it has been used or not) or every 100 dives.We offer a postal service for servicing your IDM, simply send your IDM to us (please use a sturdy box as we will use it to return to you, we will then completely strip it down, cleaning, replacing required parts, reassembling and adjusting. Once complete we will send it back to you, we will even pay the return postage. We are aiming for the whole process to take 7 days.We only use genuine Ocean Reef Service Kits which we keep in stock.If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.INSTRUCTIONS: Buy this item and we will message you with the address to send the IDM, please provide us with a tracking number. We will confirm receipt, and let you know when we will be doing the service and when we expect to return to you. We will provide tracking information for the return journey.Safe diving.
