Description
The Smart Air scuba dive computer is innovative and complete. Its features make it suitable for the needs of every diver, from experienced technical divers to recreational divers and free divers.
Up to three multi-gas dive transmitters can be used and the transmission of tank pressure data is handled via radio frequency. Each transmitter has a flashing LED that indicates the gas pressure using colour codes: green for over 180 bar, yellow at 100 bar and red below 50 bar.
The display shows data divided into three separate lines, with large numbers that are immediately readable thanks to very clear segments. More important data, such as Deco / No Deco, depth and pressure, are displayed using larger digits.
The information in the upper and lower areas can be chosen by the user.
The Smart Air Logbook can store information for up to 95 hours of diving! Once downloaded to a PC or Mac, you can view profiles of each dive at a five-second sampling rate. You can also download this information to your smart device using the Bluelink interface via the MySSI app.
A ”Dive-planner” function allows you to plan your dives, with or without decompression, and offers the option of setting a surface interval for repetitive dives. There is a “Bottom Time” function for those who only want to know the time and depth of the dive, with resettable average depth and stopwatch.
If you are a free diving enthusiast, the Smart Air offers a Diving function that displays all the information to you, with dedicated visual and audible alarms. Finally, Smart Air uses a lithium battery, which is long-lasting, easy to find and affordable.

GAS SWITCHING
Set the computer to include one or more high oxygen concentration gases in addition to your main gas and benefit from shorter decompression schedules by switching gases during the dive. Depending on the model, two or even three gases can be specified with oxygen content ranging from 21 to 99%.
SEGMENT DISPLAY
Needle-sharp information combined and intelligent placement of information for easiest readability.
Optional Transmitter
The LED Tank Module allows you to transmit tank pressure directly to your Mares dive computer. Through a colour code, it is possible to see an immediate estimate of the level of gas present in a cylinder.
Once mounted on your first stage, on one of the high pressure outlets (7/16″) it can be associated with your computer in no time.
Through a colour coded LED it can be used as a pressure gauge, even when on the surface. The probe has a flashing LED that indicates gas pressure using three colours: green for over 180 bar, yellow at 100 bar and red below 50 bar.
Through the use of the LED Tank Module the dive computer is able to provide you with the real consumption in litres once the cylinder volumes have been set, thus optimising bottom time according to decompression gas supply.
To prevent excessive battery consumption through flashing, if there is no change of more than 1 bar for more than 4 minutes, the flashing is deactivated.
The battery is a CR123A and allows between 150 and 200 dives, taking into account operating temperatures.
The main features of the LED Tank Module pressure transmitter are:
– Transmits tank information
– Coloured LED for a quick check of the tank on the surface
– Coloured LED to signal low air situations to your buddy during the dive
– Computer/probe pairing
– EN250:2014 certified to 300 bar
– Battery type: CR123A, user-replaceable
Compatible with Genius, Smart Air, Quad Air and Icon HD Net Ready computers.
